Super Easy Cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 box Funfetti cake mix
1/4 cup sprinkles
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Growing up, Funfetti cake has always been one of her favorites. Birthday desserts, special occasion desserts, holiday desserts… it didn’t matter – she could always count on her dad to make her favorite (he would even make it on his birthday so she could enjoy her favorite).
Well now that she has been slowly but surely learning to cook (okay, okay mostly just bake), she has decided to make this cake with a twist by making gooey butter cake cookies.
Steps
1. Beat cream cheese & butter together.
2. Add egg. Mix in cake mix. Stir in sprinkles.
3. Chill dough for 30 minutes then roll 1 inch dough balls into the powdered sugar.
4. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes.
This came at jusssst the right time as I’m gathering cookie recipes to make for Christmas. Red and green sprinkles for the holiday win!
