Beautiful! This is one of my family’s favorite meals. When my kids ask what vegetables are in this, I just say “all the good ones”! LOL
That’s definitely a response we are going to be taking from you & using on our own kiddos!
Stuffed Pepper are so delicious! Do you like the cauliflower rice better than quinoa? I’ve only had the quinoa version, which my husband isn’t too keen on. I’ll have to try this one, thanks!
We enjoy them both… we love how some cauliflower rice comes with broccoli rice or sweet potato rice so you are getting a variety.
I have only ever made peppers with the green ones! I always make them in my crockpot also 🙂 one of my favorite meals!
Didn’t even think about making this a crockpot meal… great idea!!
These sound so good! I follow a keto diet and these would be perfect!
Good for you!! That is one diet we haven’t tried yet but are definitely interested in giving it a go!
What a great recipe! I’m vegetarian, but this could so easily be made with grains or meat substitutes and a bit of broth. I’m going to have to try it this weekend! Thanks for sharing!
Love these ideas!!
I have always seen these but never tried them. These look really good. I am lucky because my kids love veggies so I am definitely going to try these!
Can you teach us your ways?? Having littles love veggies is quite the accomplishment!
Yum! Yes please! I adore veggies and can’t wait to try this. (Your photos are gorgeous, too.)
Then this will be right up your alley! Thank you so much!
