5 Ingredient Cookies
1 box vanilla cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
**So on top of only needing 5 ingredients, you probably have most if not all of these already in your cabinet.

THIS IS IMPORTANT
Do NOT mix the sugar & cinnamon with the rest of the ingredients. This may or may not have happened once or twice in the past…
Keep separate (as pictured).
She really is an amateur & cannot make these mistakes up.
Ballin'
Once you have the cake mix, the eggs, & the vegetable oil mixed together, roll the dough into small balls.
***NOTE: it helps to place dough in fridge for 15-30 minutes before ballin’ up.

Balls.
After rolling the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture, place on cookie sheet just like so.
Shmash 'em
Smash balls down with your hands, a rolling pin, a bowl…. or a wine glass? (because of course you’re drinking wine whilst baking).

Enjoy 'em
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. She usually bakes for 7 to ensure they are extra gooey. Yes, she’s one of those.
Makes about 2 dozen… enjoy!
