Edwardsville's Unique Find
This definitely started out as one of his favorites because of the unique entrees found on the menu. After branching out a bit, she, too, has become a huge fan.
The atmosphere at Cleveland is always thriving. & since we have spent so much time there (& many pay checks) over the years, we figured we would share some of our favorites from this local success. But to be honest… it’s all our favorite.
Apps, Apps, Apps
Let’s start with appetizers. Everything from the deviled eggs (pictured above) to the sweet & spicy wings (pictured left) to the local tomato salad (pictured below in gallery), you simply cannot go wrong. She’s not even a fan of anyone else’s deviled eggs, but their Frank’s sauce addition does just the trick. It’s typical to see her ordering these for dessert…

Their entrees do not let you down either. We have many favorites like the pulled pork sandwich & the pork porterhouse, but his favorite is probably the BLT (pictured right) because the L&T are fresh & the stack of B is unbelievable.
It’s also great that they have specials frequently like the gnoochi (see gallery), a dish she has become obsessed with.
& just like that… you make it to dessert. We unfortunately do not have pics because… well… there’s no time to take pics when they place dessert in front of your face. But their beignets, root beer float, & gooey butter cake is perfection. Their ice cream sandwich & cherry pie is also good. Okay, okay… ALL desserts are bomb.
Brunch
Good Lord do not forget about brunch!! We LOVE brunch. But then again, who doesn’t? Seriously though, who has a terrible time at brunch? Anyway… She’s a B’s&G freak & Cleveland has the best (pictured right)! Why? Well it probably has something to do with their house made cheddar drop biscuits that are smothered with sausage gravy.
Did we mention those biscuits? Oh, right. Um… you’re going to need to order some of those as a side. They come with seasonal jam & honey butter. (Maybe just order everything??)
Bar Treats
Alright people… yes, you get it. The food is great. But so are the drinks. Not only do they have a variety of beer & wine, but they also have a list of specialty cocktails that will win your heart over.
This is the Farmer’s Market which is the most refreshing cocktail we have ever had. Their Bloody Mary’s (see gallery) are also a huge hit with their own house made Bloody Mary mix & sidecar of Miller High Life.
