Snow in April?? But it’s ice cream season!  And this week is MAPLE BACON WEEK.

Every week, Bobby’s comes up with creative flavors to share with the Metro East.  

So, yes, even in the snow (snow not pictured – but true story), it is 100% necessary to stock up on quarts of ice cream.

Last year, my world was turned upside down when I saw the giant sign that read the words: “Maple Bacon Concrete.”

This life changing ice cream is where it’s at, people.

& don’t get me wrong… all of the flavors they come up with are delicious. But this one… it just speaks to me. 

So while I enjoyed my Maple Bacon Concrete, I stared at my two quarts full of Maple Bacon frozen custard (you have no rights to judge).

These specials only last a week people!

    Yummy! I love maple and bacon but have never had it in frozen custard!

    I’ve never had maple bacon in a frozen custard or ice cream before but it sound yummy. Does the bacon stay crisp or get soggy?

      The bacon on top stays crispy… and the pieces in the ice cream are chopped up so much that they don’t taste soggy. It’s seriously the best. 🙂
