Avocado Spring Salad

Fresh Eats

Avocados (2-3 depending on size…

 …”that’s what she said”)

Cilantro (handful-ish)

Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups any color – we don’t discriminate) 

Red Onion (1/2 medium size)

Greek Dressing (3ish tablespoons)

***this is really a trial & error situation.

Chop It,
Slice It,
Bop It

First of all, everyone should probably know that she does not eat this. She is trying to. But we just aren’t there yet. He, on the other hand, has eaten this for lunch on multiple occasions, & all family members canNOT get enough. This healthy-ish salad can’t be beat. 

So first, chop up your onion & slice those ‘maters (like gma always said it). After that, simply cut your avocados & pray they have NOT gone bad. 

Add the rest

Go out to your garden & get your freshly grown cilantro to add to this dish. Don’t know what cilantro looks like verses all the other herbs out there? Call in an expert (like she does…). 

Add that, your avocados that you prayed upon, & your Greek dressing. 

& boom. Your healthy-ish salad is ready.
