Kabobing
When it comes to the art of kabobing, you should probably NOT be a perfectionist. It should NOT take one (her) three times the amount of time to simply skewer the goods as another (him) takes to simply cut all the veggies & meat.
Seriously. Do NOT try to make it perfect & in the same order (i.e. green pepper, onion, red pepper, pineapple, chicken, repeat). You’ll run out of ingredients & be left with a pile of chicken. & your perfectionist self will have to get over it… eventually. #kabobfail
Process
Marinade the chicken however you prefer. We used soy, red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, & garlic salt.
Then simply skewer away (after soaking skewers so they don’t burn as quickly in grill) with the chicken, pineapple, & veggies. After about 5-10 minutes (depending on the heat of yo grill), flip the kabobs & begin to baste with your favorite teriyaki sauce. Continue to grill until chicken is complete!
