Guacamole Burger
It’s still winter, but we are so ready for summer. Especially when it comes to grilling. So we decided to make burgers inside & pretend it was 90 degrees outside.
But we are currently on the whole 30 diet & can’t have bread… cheese… etc. So instead, we made guacamole to spread on top.
Gauc Burgs
1 lb beef (about 8 balls mixed with your favorite burger seasoning)
1 onion, thinly sliced
Sear onions in large skillet on medium heat. To form patties, take beef balls & smash ’em down into the seared onions.
Combine the following ingredients for guacamole. Oh, & feel free to add or take away as much or as little of each ingredient. It’s guac, people. You do you.
2 avocados smashed, 5ish cherry tomatoes sliced, 1/4ish red onion diced, 1ish tsp cilantro chopped, salt… yep your call on how much
Mixed Green Salad
with Roasted
Red Pepper Vinaigrette
1 jar marinated roasted red pepper (with olive oil & garlic)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Blend these two items together & prepare yourself for a beautiful vinaigrette (one that we plan to use on much more than just a pile of mixed greens).
