Coffee Trends
Alright, alright. We caved. We jumped on board. & we thoroughly enjoyed this new coffee trend. Dalgona Coffee is where it’s at.
We followed Giada’s Dalgona Coffee recipe (slightly upping the coffee & cinnamon amounts), & it did not upset us one bit.
All you need: 3 tbsp sugar, 3.5 tbsp instant coffee, 1/4 cup hot water, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, & your choice of milk (we used Almond).
Quick & Easy
1. Beat the following on high with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes: 3 tbsp sugar, 3 1/2 tbsp instant coffee, 1/4 cup hot water, & pinch of salt (beat until thick, creamy, & light in color).
2. Add in 1/2 tsp cinnamon & beat on high for another minute.
3. Scoop onto a cup of milk, mix together, & enjoy your Dalgona Coffee!
This looks so delicious! I have not tried it yet, but I’m definitely going to. Thanks for sharing!
It is soooo good!! Hope you like it because we currently can’t get enough of it!

That look so good! Can’t wait to try it!
We started adding in Chocolate Syrup & now that’s our favorite! Hope you enjoy!
My 14 year old daughter did this and we all really liked it! Our little frother from IKEA died so we need to get a new one and see if that would work to make it easier (ie. she might make it for me more often that way!) lol
That would probably make it easier! We have been doubling up the recipe & just keeping it in the fridge. Works great all week!
This looks delicious!! I’ll have to look into the ingredients to see if I can make it! Thank you for sharing and keep posting such yummy things! Yay!
Thank you so much! Hope you enjoy!

I tried to make this once and it was a failure. Yours look perfect! I love it! It wanted me to do the second attempt!
We hope it works out for you!!
