Quick 'n Easy
You always hear about recipes that are “quick & easy.” Then you look at the recipe & freeze half way through the four pages of directions. If you are anything like Mr. Free, it wouldn’t phase you, you’d think challenge accepted, & you’d get right to work. But if you are like Mrs. Free, you think heck no am I ever going to make this. Peace.
Lucky for you, this is her recipe. So when she says quick & easy, you are going to get quick & easy.
four Ingredients
That’s right… these bad boys only call for four simple ingredients:
1 package sugar cookie dough
vanilla pudding (we just bought 4 snack packs)
raspberries
blueberries
**or any type of berries will work
Easiest Steps
1. Preheat oven according to sugar cookie dough directions. Cut sugar cookie dough roll in half. From each half, cut thirds. From each third, cut halves. That sounds WAY more confusing than it actually is. Basically, you want twelve slices of cookie dough that are proportionate. You do the math. She’s obviously an English major.
2. Push each slice into greased cupcake pan as shown above & bake according to sugar cookie dough directions.
3. Take out, let cool, & scoop in some vanilla pudding. Top with berries.
Ah, Beautiful
Thanks to Food Network’s The Kitchen for the inspiration on these lil’ guys. Quick & easy with VERY little clean up.
I will try these soon. They look great.
We don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
These look so yummy! I’m all about easy and these would be perfect for the 4th of July
4th of July is a perfect holiday for these!
What a super cool recipe. Looks delish and perfect to bring to a potluck since it’s individual size. I definitely will try this recipe.
Especially if you are like us and are always in a rush, these are a life saver!
Mmm I need to make these for Hubby!
and for yourself!
These look soo good- thank goodness they are truly just that easy! I love that they also have an aspect of “fanciness” (if that’s even a word, haha) to them, so you could easily serve them at a something like a wedding or baby shower, or birthday party! I’ll certainly be giving them a try, thank you!
You are so welcome! They definitely make it seem like a whole lot more work goes into them. 🙂
Wow, those are easy! And beautiful! They would make an easy Easter dessert. I wonder how plain Greek yogurt would taste in place of vanilla pudding…
Yummm… greek yogurt with maybe some honey?? That sounds delicious!
